Great for talking hardware, hype, and games outside traditional genres.

There are some games that do seem to have a malevolent, almost tainted air to them. Sure, they may be fun, but they make you feel ... less spiritually attuned, for lack of better term. But Skyrim? You get out of it what you put into it. It's always been one of the strongest, most fascinating aspects of the Elder Scrolls series, and probably why the games are as successful as they have been.
Even though I wouldn't play Skyrim for some of the reasons Nax pointed out (mostly the spells)....I thought this post and particularly the part I quoted is really good. Instead of "umm no, we don't agree, please leave" you met Nax in the middle and point out why Skyrim is better than alot of other games in terms of content. I'm impressed.

Good job looking for the middle ground, Sstavix. :)
Why, thank you. /bow
