Recently started a ketogenic diet. This wasn't just for weight loss, but also for blood sugar management and hopefully getting just a little more healthy. I have done my research, and really understand what I'm getting into. I losing slow and steady, and making sure I'm losing fat instead of muscle and water (by getting body composition checked monthly). So far 9 pounds, but at least lost 11 pounds fat and have gained muscle which reduced the total "weight" I have lost, but in a good way.
