I was never a fan of the half/d6 approach to get a d3. Felt... incomplete. And sure you could always have a d6 with just 1-3 on it, but what's the fun in that? I need an oddly shaped die to feel satisfied.

Apparently, I found a kickstarter for just that:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/br ... sided-dice" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I can't attest to the quality, but it looks good and not a huge financial investment. That is, if you don't want the dragonscale dice bag and I think I might want the dragonscale dicebag...

The fudge dice seem kind of cool, too. Might get some of them

To me, it's just...something I could spend money on when I don't have to.

Not to mention you can already buy d3, 3-sided dice.

d3 dice are a bit rare, and the ones I've seen are underwhelming.

I got the 6 for the $3 level, so it's by no means breaking any banks. If it's a bust, I've lost the equivalent to a part of a lunch.

That could be a problem if you have to choose between fried chicken and french fries. Just saying.

But no, they're cool. And you'll never have to face someone railing against the statistical issues of a d3 made from a d6.

Haha, after that article you shared, I avoid Chessex like the plague. It seems like that's all the game stores in the area hold, though.
They look super dumpy compared to my Q workshop, too.
