If I don't like someone, don't know them, or am not interested in them, I say "good" or "fine."

If I do know and/or like them, I give them an honest answer. Sometimes my dad and I will complain to each other, him about work, me about writing papers or tests or something. :) It's good to have moral support.

Most of the people who I might actually give an honest answer invariably ask when there are about five other people around who I don't want to discuss it with.

And then I suppose the two of you go toss someone in your crocodile pool and have a good laugh, right? ;)

The crocodile pool never appealed to me. If I'm going to kill someone, it will be done quickly and cleanly.

You know, the Internet is a very interesting place. Forums, chat rooms, pms, email messages.

A person could be on three different forums as three completely different people.

Interesting.

I could be "Lazarus" the 15 year old on here, "Joe Bennett" the salesman on some other forum, and Isil'zha on a third, Sheena on a fourth - SarahM on a fifth...

Basically - don't trust anybody. (Obviously you already know that, SigInt. I'm just saying for anyone else's benefit).

The pool is better if you want to intimidate or scare someone you know will be intimidated, other words it's better just for a clean kill or torture. At least IMO

Huh. I just thought it was for the entertainment value. IF I were an Evil Overlord, that is.

Well yeah, in the circumstance presented it would be excellent for entertainment value. I was just talking about for disposing of someone and/or getting information out of them.

I have never really understood torture. If you hurt someone enough, SURE they are going to tell you something. But how the heck do you know its the truth? How do you know its NOT the truth? Why are people always bravely silent when they could just lie?

I know, it never made much sense to me either...

It makes sense to me. Some people are just no good at lying.

Unlike.. some of us on here.

So have you written any other fiction stories about wraiths like A Sword in Mandar?
