Though I don't get how that works. We were all taught to use proper grammar at all times, anyhow. You also, just a moment ago, started your sentence with the word "And" which is against the English language's grammatics. Either way you've used improper grammar. HAH! XD

Yes. Purposefully and carefully. If you've ever taken a writing class, you will find that the rules are made to be broken, but only on purpose. Otherwise, it is bad writing.
