...beef gives me indigestion. As do all other meats.
So yeah. I'm going veggie the next week to let things sort them selves out in me guts.
...that's as horrible an idea as it sounds, and I realize that, so most of my diet will consist of distilled beverages.

You just haven't been taught how to properly handle vegetables. Try some Ratatouille, or Zucchini lasagna. Assuming cheese doesn't jank your innards, you will very likely not miss meat at all.
Seriously. A properly done zucchini lasagna, with proper marinara, will melt the heart of the most fervent carnivore.
I also know several recipes for tofu that are delicious. Not even halfway joking. The hardest thing about being vegetarian is not getting a complex over it.

Nope. And since I don't eat plants, liquid diet it is. I'm starving but...it's a happy kind of starving.

Acid reducer tablets with rantididine (spl?) such as the generic for Zantac (IIRC) help me a lot with indigestion caused by fewdstuphs.
