You've gotten hooked on Slipknot, eh?

I don't want to seem rude or innapropriate, so please excuse this comment. But, a lot of my friends hate slipknot, they refer to it as: S**tknot...yeah, I just thought i'd mention that , I'm sorry if you were offended.

But, I wish they wouldn't, because 90% of them haven't even heard any of their music, so I wish they wouldn't judge the group.

Yep. I have a full lyric now, and the guitar is pretty cool. It's definitely just an acoustic song at the moment, but my skill with pulling off my vocal melody is lacking.

No, I don't really listen to that type of music, but the song is kinda catchy.

"Estrella" <- Brave Saint Saturn

i write clever words on paper
i sometimes think i dont belive at all
ive never felt so fake
so false
im such a liar
i couldnt even look him in the eyes
he was 25 like i was
but he was deaf and slowly going blind
he made my faith seem worthless
the things i hoped were pointless
and he fought to stay but
always dreamed that he could leave this place
the angels wings will cover you tonight
hallelujah
press your head
against the breast of christ
hallelujah
It made me feel so empty
collapsing on some dirty bathroom floor
and isn't it just like me to warn his passing breath
when he will never suffer anymore
beautiful his pictures
fading black and silver
and i sing of faith but his was true and fierce
and i will miss him
the angels wings will cover you tonight
hallelujah
press your head against the breast of christ
hallelujah
the angels wings will cover you tonight
hallelujah
press your head against the breast of christ
hallelujah
fade out

Wonderwall-Oasis

Today was gonna be the day that they're gonna throw it back to you
by now you should have somehow realized what you gotta do
I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do
about you now

back beet the word is on the street that the fire in your heart is out
I'm sure you heard it all before but you never really had a doubt

I don't believe that anybody feels the way I do
about you now
and all the roads we have to take are winding
and all the lights that light the way are blinding
there are many things that i would like to say to you
but i don't know how
b/c after all
your my wonderwall

Some Newsboys song is what I have stuck in my head. I think some of the lyrics are:
"When the milk is turnin'
And the toast is burnin'
and your conscience bids you farewell

[here I forgot the words words]
Let this song remind you
That they don't serve breakfast in Hell"

Catchy tune, but I don't really like Newsboys that much (mostly the lead singer's voice annoys me somewhat. Also, he looks like he's on meth half of the time >_>)
My name is ChickenSoup and I have several flavors in which you may be interested
