"Love me or Hate me" by Lady Sovereign.
A tad different that Bocelli and Brightman in my last post...
which, interestingly enough, was the last song I listened to.
My next one will probably be Zoot Suit Riot by the Sugan Popp'n Daddies or Enter Sandman by Metallica.
needless to say, my selection of music is quite varied.
What song are you listening to?

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

That's pretty brave, good luck with that! Yeah I'm not 100% sure if I'll get into Hygiene, it's pretty stinking competitive. Well, I know that a lot of those science classes are pre-reqs to some really good degrees, so they'll probably end up benefiting you.newcement wrote:
Yeah, I'm trying to stay away from loans as much as possible. But they're not trying that hard to stay away from me. I was actually thinking (at one point) about going into dentistry. Didn't really work out, though...so now I'm stuck in boring comp sci classes...ugh.
BTW, are you an Emery fan? Emery is one of my favorite bands...
I'm listening to:
"Playing With Fire" <--- Emery
You know, I haven't heard a whole lot of Emery's music. I LOVE their acoustics!! But some of their songs are kinda hard for my taste.

Well, thanks. I'm actually online setting up a payment plan for this school year right now. Yeah, I had seen that as well. The CS classes will apply to almost any major I end up choosing.AmaraJoy wrote: That's pretty brave, good luck with that! Yeah, Emery can be a little screamo, so that does steer some people away from them. I just listen to a very eclectic group of artists...everything from Mat Kearney to Demon Hunter to Foreigner to Grits. Well, if you ever find yourself liking "harder" music, come back to Emery. They're great if you're into that kind of music.

You know what that artist gut said! I should have a fall back job & take lessons from real artists instead of community college teachers that couldn't make it as artists. A $30,000 a year salary just for part time as a dental hygienist is a pretty stinking good "fall back".Count_Krazy wrote:She should be an artist, IMO...AmaraJoy wrote:That's pretty brave, good luck with that!
