Not a cd, but the last album I bought was Taylor Davis' Legendary Movie Music. I follow her on youtube and her latest works have been really good. Not disappointed in the album at all.

The Struggle - Tenth Avenue North. I rarely buy CDs, but Tenth Ave is my favorite.

Physical purchase?

The Crow: Original Motion Picture Score and Highlander: The Series, Vol. 2. Bought them both same day, at the same place.

I pre-ordered Mechanical Bull from Kings Of Leon, but that's not released yet, so I gotta say The Weight Of Your Love by Editors

One of my favorite bands is "Remington Ryde", a bluegrass band. I like a CD put out by them called "Let It Shine".

Well, I took my wife to a JJ Heller concert, which is a bit like paying money to sit in an extra long worship service, but she loved it and we merched out. So, 6 cds later, a neclace, t shirt, poster, and tons of autographs... Too all their benefit, it was all very inexpensive. I'm used to seeing ridiculously jacked up prices.

We ended up sponsering a kid in Africa, too. So... that's good.

A little background, now that I have one reader:

I used to play bass in the High School Worship band, led by a family friend, who in turn is friends with JJ Heller. That's how I heard of her, and recognized the name when my wife told me about this new song she heard of the radio. At the signing, we got to mention our mutual friend, and JJ and her husband (who plays with her) were really happy to hear it, and one thing turned to another and now they are our adopted parents.
