The film is perfect and hits every mark it wants to, being in-your-face funny, subtly funny, and absolutely chilling all at the same time. It has just the right amount of action and everything that happens makes sense. It surpassed my expectations which were quite obviously high, because it knows its audience.

But for the love of crap, if you're going to see it, see it NOW. The first nationwide 10 pm showing was easily the most entertaining theater experience I have ever had. This movie is enhanced so, so much by an awesome, enthusiastic audience.

Oh yeah... when Sam Jackson finally delivered THE LINE, the audience quieted to listen and then exploded with energy and fervent applause. It really was an amazing experience and I don't think anything like it is coming around for a good while.

edit: Oh yeah...people were throwing around rubber snakes. I got one :D
