[Xinori]

FLYING HIGH INTO THE SKY by brimoknight aka Xinori

Long Flights and City Lights,
Broken hearts and burning fights,
Running Passion Living Strong,
A magical dream, a dream gone wrong.

This world fly’s high, Shooting rockets to the sky,
Now we live in space, whatever’s better than this place,
But tell me how far can we go, until it’s no longer status quo,
We exhaust our Resource here,
In another land we instill fear.
Nothing really belongs to you,
Just as you came you’ll leave too…

So what’s the point of this existence if we all fade away?
To live the American dream and wake up another day?
Fly high to the sky and looking down you’ll be surprised,
This tiny little world seems like a puzzle floating by,
Ponds and rivers with reflections,
Streaming living imperfections,

I see zombies walking by, with no visions for their lives,
A people who are blind,
Never looking at the time,
Clock ticks and they waste it away,
Movie flicks reflect what they say,

While their neighbors living high, With their head up in the sky.
Homeless dream of something real,
Instead of walking streets, to steal.

Absolute truth is a reality, living in darkness a fatality,
One truth stands strong,
Broken perceptions declared wrong,
There’s life and there’s death,
I’m not here to hold my breath,

This life is just a matrix of the one that is beyond,
It’s the perfect paradise this one should’ve been all along.
I can’t wait, I’ll see the day, just before I pass away,

Fireworks in the sky, running horses that fly,
Swords shining, Clouds lightning, armies screaming by,
They return with one who is greater, than any comic we’ll read later.
No super hero relates, this man is one, no-one can take.
His truth cuts lies, and He breaks your heart with His eyes.
With blade in hand, He wages war, Breaking down anyone’s door.
His love so pure. He will restore, and brokenness will be no-more.

So seek His face, and accept His grace,
Like floating stars in outer space,
His touch will strengthen your skin,
Empowers your soul, lying deep within…
