I’ve never made it before, but it’s just tea and then you can buy tapioca pearls. Bubble tea can actually be pretty expensive sometimes (around 3-6 bucks for one), so someday I want to make my own.
The best bubble tea (and cheapest!) I’ve had so far is at Bubble Maineia in Portland ME.
