Ok. So my brother bought Black Ops. A great game, yes?
No. He bought it on the Wii. So there's no local multiplayer options. I can't believe that Nintendo would let this happen--the Wii was made for people to be able to get together and have fun, right?
Well...yeah. Anyone playing COD: Black Ops on the Wii? Anyone up for some Wi-Fi matches? Because that's the only multiplaying capabilities that the game has.
I need to get me a 360...
Black Ops, anyone?

To play the fanboy momentarily, Ninty has very little control over what third party devs do/do not put into their games.
And a CoD title was not something they were going to refuse given the stunning amount of rampant fanboi's.
That said...it's annoyingly lame isn't it? I don't have Black Ops, but High Voltage pulled the same poo with The Conduit.

You were telling him about Buddha, you were telling him about Mohammed in the same breath. You never mentioned one time the Man who came and died a criminal’s death...

If it's cheap now, The Conduit was good for a Wii game.

2nd that. Aside from the lack of local multiplayer, I pretty much loved the game.
It had Kevin freaking Sorbo in it.

Sounds like you haven't played Goldeneye: Source.

As for Black Ops, I notice some people that bought the game, got bored with it. I guess it became too repetitive.
