minecraft Pirateman skin request

For all those action games like Mario, Mega Man, Zelda, God of War, and stuff.

hey there. Is there anyone on here who can make minecraft skins ? cus I want to have skin of pirateman from megaman and bass. I think he looks so awesome :D. Also if someone tell me how to swich skins that would be great:).

I had some free time on my hands and wanted to see if I was able to do it.

The hat is honestly impossible to implement without it looking bad so this is the best I can do. Hope you like it. :D
