I've been struggling for a long time trying to get rid of old habits and create good, healthy ones. Sometimes it feels like I'm so scatterbrained and I get mad when I forget to sit down for prayer or journal time. I want to make these kinds of habits stick in my life and be as important to me as checking my messages on my phone daily.

Habits are difficult to break. They say if you can withhold for 21 days that is the standard time to break or establish.
