Re: Magic minecraft Christians post 2

Wow. I could have made several quotes in this post and replied to them all, but it's not necessary. What I have to say fits both the topic as well as addresses posts made: I won't go into a lot of detail but if we were to take literally the definition of 'magic' we would be in some serious trouble:...

Re: Magic minecraft Christians post 2

@Dirk: I have to ask this in order to understand where your mind and heart are. What is the difference between not wanting to be involved with magic and a mad scientist with chemicals and/or radiation & etc? One could take this as you saying, "I am against magic but alchemy is ok." I'm not saying I...

Re: Statement of Belief

Good , because you are not an apt pupil nor do you have the heart to hear . I offered to speak with you personaly in a format i find comfortable and instead you choose to attack me , make false claims about my character, and belittle. I agree , for now our conversations have come to and end . Pleas...

Re: Magic minecraft Christians post 2

When I play, i dismiss the magic and refer to the old adage by Arthur C. Clark ( 2001 a space oddessy) : Any sufficiently advanced science tech, would appear as "magic" to a primitive culture." more or less lol. Not that I like Clarke, he was an anti christian bigot and fool by biblical definition,...

Re: Statement of Belief

My statement WAS adequatly clear, and fully explained in the body of the original text. And you, being NOT the center of my universe, nor the measure of all things, cannot deny that . If you wish to challenge me on my points; use scriptures , if you wish to further discuss this then meet me in Palt...

Re: Statement of Belief

All seriousness aside, and to actually answer your question, no. My doctrine comes from what I hear the wind say. I do what it says. How to hear (and understand) the wind (and which way it blows) is written between Gen 1:1 - Rev 22:21. Ah, but some Bibles - especially in the Roman Catholic church -...

Re: Statement of Belief

Therefore i have established my own list of salvific doctrine. I may ADD another to this list in time. but none shall ever be removed. These are tied to the real Jesus and the real Gospel. 1) The deity of Jesus; ... as the Judaeo Christian theology defined deity (John 8: 23-24 + 58) omniscient, omn...

Magic minecraft Christians post 2

Those were some great responses from everyone and I read them all. And rather than try to make a reply to each persons comments , which i find frustrating and schismatic to the dialogue: Let's regroup and look at some biblical points. Remember now i PLAY the game, but wish i could have been done wit...

Re: Statement of Belief

Creeds vary from cult to denomination to cult, all denominations are cults , not all cults are denominations of the real Christian church. The creeds also vary and that wisely so . many are just meaningless trite words. Many bear no real relationship to the "doctrine of Christ" : 2Jn 1:9-11 Whosoeve...

Minecraft Magic and christians

Maybe this has been discussed before, maybe for you its not an issue, maybe ..but then maybe not. You see the word of God is so strong about this subject. I try to pretend its just a science tech disquised as "magic" as per the Sci-fi sayings that "Any sufficently advanced technology would appear as...

Eze 16:8 Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my ski...

Re: a serious misnomer and confusion

Perhaps you think we are all playing philosophy games and any ole opinions as good as anothers? I may sound like a mean person to you. You may want to call me names andf pretend its all my problems and fault because i care enough to speak straight and to the point , instead of the ecumenical spirit ...
