Re: Favorite Star Wars game?

I've played a good percentage of Star Wars games. My favorites changed as new ones were released. Originally, "Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II" was my favorite and the first computer game I played after about a decade of no gaming. Later, absolutely loved "JK II: Jedi Outcast" and was part of a clan. Tw...

Re: The Room

"The Room" is an absolutely brilliant game. It is not so much a horror game, but is very atmospheric and bordering on creepy. The music and sounds match the story as they blend to provide a great experience playing at night. The puzzle pacing is fantastic. Some puzzles did take awhile for me to figu...

Re: Disney Infinity

Disney Infinity 3.0 is releasing. Anyone looking to get it? So I absolutely loved the original 1.0. Finally bought my last 1.0 Playset (Lone Ranger) earlier this year. 2.0 was fairly weak IMO and I never got very far with it. But my main interest is the Playsets and finding the capsules and they rea...

Re: What is your favorite Lego game?

Picked up LEGO Marvel when XBox Live had a sale last week. Another great LEGO game. I don't know what it is about them. They are somewhat the same in a way, but I still enjoy smashing everything in sight. I'm enjoying the tense feeling of the boss battles. And the variety of power skills between the...

I was a fan too. There is an iOS game "Phantom Rift" many say has similar gameplay.

Re: Anyone use a "dumb" phone?

I switched to Republic Wireless over a year ago and it's been great. I have the talk/text only plan which is $10 a month plus around $2 in taxes. It is a non-contract provider but you do have to buy the phone outright. It is so hard to find a dumb phone these days, so I went with this great, cheap a...

Ah. I'm pretty sure both of my daughters wear those, but they always have something long over it.

Re: Skyrim

I bought both Oblivion and Skyrim last year. Oblivion was a little slow for me, but Skyrim has really grabbed me. I think I have over 130 hours. I hadn't played since early June, but just picked it back up a few days ago.

Re: Would you be okay with your wife wearing leggings?

My daughter just mentioned leggings the other day. I had no idea what she's talking about. So she said, "yoga pants". Uhhh...still have no clue. I think she was trying to get a reaction out of me saying she was going to buy a pair.

Re: Strategy board games

"Ticket To Ride", "Neuroshima Hex" and "Caylus" are my most played. Though I have to be honest and say I play these on the iPad. Haven't played "Caylus" in quite some time. Once in awhile we'll take out our Blokus game and play as a family.

Re: Honest to a fault?

It's kind of a weird position to be put in. I wouldn't have said it was God. Probably use it as a lesson of what God CAN do. But then you have the potential problem one kid is telling the others it wasn't God which may produce a different issue. For kids that age, it is so easy to use that as a visu...

Re: Over inflated Launch Prices

I've been waiting a year or two to buy games for close to 15 years. The games are still enjoyable and I really don't care to have the latest/greatest. I just picked up Skyrim and Orange Box last year, for example. I'm also a single player gamer. If I played MP games, I'd maybe be a little more swaye...
