Re: How to be a Dungeon Master and an Introvert at the same time

I do enjoy being a DM even though I am an introvert, but I think it's because of my approach to DMing. I focus less (a lot less) on the rules and technicalities (I'll let the players hash those out) and more on the story and the characters. So when I'm behind the screen, I'm not Todd the GM. I'm Bla...

Re: ask my kids!

Has anyone noticed that all three of ccgr's kids are registered members themselves? :P
Does this mean you can answer the questions here? ;)

Re: I'm coming out of the closet...

I got an ENFP, but when I read the INTJ description, there was a lot in there that really was a lot like me, so I might be a cross between both! What were your percentages? If those three different ones were close to 50%, it's possible that you actually could be "on the fence" between those aspects...

Re: I'm coming out of the closet...

The downside is that I only really feel like I understand how to do something once I have tried to do it myself.
I wouldn't call that a downside. :)

Re: I'm coming out of the closet...

I've just recently entered my first relationship, and I'm recognizing my character flaws all the more. Sometimes, I'm so awkward it hurts. Okay, maybe I'm being too hard on myself, but I feel like it's only a matter of time before I botch something up as our relationship develops. If she hadn't sou...

Re: I'm coming out of the closet...

Hey, I'm an introvert, too! Introverts of the world... HIDE! In all seriousness, there's nothing wrong with being an introvert. I also don't crave social interactions. I'd prefer staying at home with a good book or a game than going out and meeting new people. My wife is the same way. Our eld...

If you had to sing a song perfectly, what song would you choose?

And no, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is not an option
Oh, that's an easy one. Bohemian Rhapsody. One of the most epic songs ever created.

Re: The Joke Thread

I'm trying to come up with a good joke about tall people, but I have a problem. Every time I get to the punch line, I keep coming up short.

Re: Religion-is-changing-not-dying

It is an interesting article, but I noticed that it only mentioned God once, and that was in reference to statistics. People can go ahead and make up whatever religion they want, but unless it has God as the focal point (or some other sort of divine figure) it doesn't really count as a religion, but...

Incoming message from GLaDOS:

The solution is simple. Just try to think outside the box.

You know, the box I've trapped you in. If you are capable of thinking, that is.

Remember, there are no wrong answers.

Only death. And cake.

Re: Free Will and Predestination

If there's zero free will in there, why are we on this planet suffering so much? I can answer that one, because I've heard the conclusions drawn from this supposition. If God controls everything, then why does suffering exist? It exists because He wants it to happen. So if God wants us to suffer, t...
