Now some of the people at church have decided that I need to be "set up" with someone. I think I'd prefer them taking me out and shooting me.

It sounds like a soap opera. And you know how those usually end... half the characters are dead.

GoW is extremely gruesome, you cut people in half w/ chainsaws and literally blow their heads off. There's some swearing that I heard, about as much as an average R rated film I believe... if you can get past the mangled corpses (which are hardly recognizable after their dead so aren't much of a problem for me) and turn your sound down then it's not too bad.

Exactly. Melee weapons and such don't really appeal to me.

well, the snipers reload after one shot, but can blow your head off or down you most of the time (if you're downed someone can simply curb stomp you and kill you) probably a dozen times I had a sniper take me out w/o my knowing what happened.

Doesn't sound terrible...I hated the sniper rifles on the Battlefront games. More exactly, I hated the targeting reticles.

I'm not sure about that, I didn't have too much of a problem w/ the reticle, beyond my own ineptitude w/ snipers in general.
