Actually, the appeal that game had was quite strong. Still is.

The Art of War applies to much more than bloody battle. In fact, one of the points made is that it is better to have an enemy surrender without fighting.

Chess is awesome. Too bad I'm no good at it. Maybe the Art of War will help...

It's just that I already have about 20 books to read, plus my school stuff, Xian.

You're right.

Then again, neither did the Apostle Paul. Not that they're the same in any way, but I find it likely that Sun Tzu's insights were the best for their time, and they largely hold up today.

I don't usually have much time to read, but I can squeeze a few lines in here and there from The Art of War. That's probably why I'm able to enjoy it so much.

Same as usual.

Ableton Live 6 utilizing the optional Sampler tool and Operator(Ableton live's powerful modular synthesisizer).

The song itself is unmastered, not mixed well, unnormalized (I noticed some distortion when playing through speakers, so I hope to get that fixed), and doesn't use th amount of homestar quotes that I would've liked, so I'll remake it later to make a better one. It will be pretty much almost the same arrangement (except with the added homestar quotes and maybe I'll do the instrumental melody of the "Homestar runner's really great homestar runner get a date" or whatever is said part in it somewhere)

As for the constant snare, layering kicks, snares, and claps to play in unison was a little trick I learned from listening to hardstyle.

I've begun reading Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Somehow, I've never read it before. It's good stuff. The version I found online reads a lot like the book of Proverbs, but it's more or less about war (amazing, a book called The Art of War is about war). It's really good stuff though. It's like... 2500 years old or something, and yet it still applies today. Oh wait, it's not the only ancient book to still be just as applicable today as it was at the time of writing... *nudge*
