Just make sure to sell the cheepest stuff first, that way you can use it to for the bits- like daedric- w/ HUGE values (took me a long while rlt to get my Daedric Katana sold off...).
I usually do that too, I have my sister to beat on, just we don't have a place to beat on each other, which makes me really sad

Thinking I'll want to sell off the daedric axe, one of the claymores, and the orc armor. (Way too much stuff in my little cave.) Keep a claymore to practice my long blade with, and some of the nicer weapons. It's nice to have a backup enchanted dagger around when you don't have any armorer equipment.
I've been beating on stuff in Morrowind way too often lately. Annoying people overdose.

They've got some...problems... And I think that they're very much against Christianity. It would be awesome if they started to do Christian music, don't you think? So, please pray for them!
