I guess so. The main plot itself was mostly untouched, but how stuff happened and the sub themes seemed missing or messed up to me. Also, Peter wasn't tempted by the Witch. -_- Blah.

Favorite TV series would probably be Psych. Emergency is awesome too though.

Yeah, I know, but that part + the raiding of Miraz's castle which were major alterations from the book fit the overall theme and things very well.

Emergency is an old 70's show about Firefighters/paramedics and the doctors they work with. It's sounds rather stupid, but it doesn't fall into the romantic crud newer shows do.

Ah, yeah, you're right. It does sound kinda stupid.

I might look into it though.

I'm more of a lighter TV show kind of guy. Monk + Psych + Corner Gas + Scrubs = <3

You a fan of musicals?

Emergency is actually light. It has serious themes in it (you can tell it's from that time period becuase it's anti-drug) but mostly it's funny.

I tend to like a blend of funny/serious. So I like Psych, but also a bunch of "serious" crime shows.

And I'm a fan of musical big time...if they aren't dumb. Seven Brides for Seven Brothers? Big win. High School musical? Not so much. 1st wasn't bad...but not from then on.

Court Jester too.

Hmm, yeah. I LOVE dark stuff when it's done well, but just not in the TV show world.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and The Court Jester are two of my favorite movies ever.

Well, it should have been PG-13, but regardless, a pretty good movie.

John Travolta is just distracting though. XD (And not because he's good looking..)
