Well...it depends.

If you've heard any of their stuff before, and prefer one of their singers more, then it's easy.

If you like their old singer, Tarja Turunen, get Century Child. Easily their best.

If you like their current singer, Anette Olzon, you have one choice for now: Dark Passion Play.

If you're split, either of those are amazing. I think Century Child is a far more cohesive album as a whole, with smoother tunes. And it's a loose concept album.
