Not that I expect that helps...it's probably the 27th time you've heard it, and you've probably heard it from people you trust more, and happen to be within physical proximity to you.

And yet...it's been a hard fought battle to learn that. I wouldn't be being your friend if I didn't tell you.

Well, I suppose so. But it's more or less the idea that God having a purpose for me that isn't a bad example seems impossible to me. :/


No. Mohawks and my hair do not go together well.

You know...I've been there. It's not a fun place. Believe me when I tell you I can relate.

But the fact is...God doesn't work that way. He laid it down in the handbook: He has a purpose for you, and had has one since before you even entered this world. Not to show the rest of us what failure is, but plans that include a hope and a future. And that's on this planet--we're not even getting to eternal happiness yet. Something else...God's with you. I know you've heard all this before, and it probably didn't help then, and it may annoy since, by the fifth time, it's starts to wear, but here goes: God is with you. Not metaphysically, not metaphorically, but actually with you, right now. Like...in the room. Even, and especially when you don't feel it.

The point is...why do they try to pass off sour white jelly with green stuff in it as tarter sauce at McDonalds? O_o

Because McDonald's cuts all sorts of corners when it comes to quality.

I'm srs dude...that jank is nasty. You could use it to eat through metal. And if you left it out in the sun I think it would come to life.
