It's perfered to have as low a SPAM level as possible, but it's okay to have "good SPAM"

A certain skill is needed when one posts random spam. Anyone can Spam, but it takes true skill to Spam in such a way it keeps the conversation going. That's why C$ is a skilled spammer, while you mearly have speed.
