How about if they just use spell check occasionally?
I hate poor grammar as much as the next guy, but I think you might be asking to much of them. Half of them probably go to public school, and we ALL know what happens to your brain there.

Dear Grammar Nazis,
Get over it and accept them as children who are learning and growing. Proper grammar and spelling really aren't that important most of the time.

If you're (or ur) around it long enough, you'll acclimate to the grammar/speling. It's when your first diving into it, that it's super distracting!
