minecraft Pirateman skin request

hey there. Is there anyone on here who can make minecraft skins ? cus I want to have skin of pirateman from megaman and bass. I think he looks so awesome . Also if someone tell me how to swich skins that would be great:).

the skin has not been made I need some one to make one OK

I had some free time on my hands and wanted to see if I was able to do it.

The hat is honestly impossible to implement without it looking bad so this is the best I can do. Hope you like it.
