I don't think the remains still exist, maybe I'm mistaken, but I'd rather start over anyways. My dimensions last time were wrong.

Last time, we gave ourselves all the materials so we created the whole thing out of iron blocks. They're ivory white, and it matched the picture closest. If the height limit is doubled, the height is gonna be enough but we might have to dig down a little bit for comfort. I'll post what I've got so far later when I'm free.

Lag was originally a problem a long time ago, according to old posts on notch's blog, but they've presumably fixed it because all the videos I've seen have no trouble. The height limit will double in 1.2.

Now, I'm quite worried about the possibility of a new map ...

When heights change, there is a greater possibility of map corruption I would presume when the new locations are discovered. And, I would be concerned as to how it affects current maps.

I heard something about an easy converter. I dunno. It'd be seriously annoying if every patch called for a new map though :/

If we end up with corrupted map edges, I may just vote to say screw it and pave weird pathways into the new sections of the map. I'm tired of new maps O_o

i hope we wont need a new map but if bugs we're severely affecting the game i would vote for a new map. also if it ever came to that we could refund items that were lost.
