Note: You must own a 3DS or an DSi to get it.
You find it in the eshop for 3DS, and the DSi shop for the DSi.
(I am not sure what the DSi online shop is called.)
Nintendo even added new levels, and a single player mode!
I am not sure when it's not going to be free any more, so make sure to download it soon.
