Watched the first 7 seasons.
I immensely enjoyed it at first, but the latter seasons became stale and repetitive. Still, the first few were very enjoyable, and seeing as I watched 7 complete seasons, it's obviously addicting.

It is seriously addicting. I am on season 8 now and I do agree it is a little stale but still great. There are talks of a 24 Movie next year too. 
(Redemption was good but not as good as it could have been, just a build up really)
