The $20 amazon gift card I have is burning the word 'Minecraft' into my pants. I'm not sure how long I can resist it, even though I asked my sister to get me a 1600 points card for it. XD

It's worse still when I think of Shadow Complex, and know exactly what I could do with those extra points. O_o

Lord of the Rings Online.

Finally got back into this game (And by back, I mean I originally played it on launch). Mostly thanks to ohno and Kenny. And this game rocks.

I caved and bought Minecraft. I AM SO HAPPEH.

Anyway, I DL'd it at about 2:30 AM planning to spend an hour and a half or so playing it and then go to sleeps.

It's...6 now...and I just stopped. O_o I...I don't even know what happened to the time. I started axing trees and building a mansion and just...didn't want to quit playing. XD So much fun. The random map forming is just awesome. I found a mountain high enough for me to see all four corners of the map and, after spending a long first night (couldn't find sheeps to build a bed), built a mining cave at its foot. After climbing to the top and leveling out a very large area (including building onto the sides and away from the mountain in ways that would be impossible in real life) I decided to build a two-level mansion to plot my mining from. I haven't even really mined anything yet, since I'm trying to make the mansion out of nothing but wood.

Because, dagget, it's hard to spend days in a cave knowing you've got nothing but another cave/hovel to return to. In this, I can spend my non-mining days in leisure.

Just...so many trees...so many trees...
