I think I made like four gallons of homemade mead. Alcohol content wasn't much more than beer...but it lasted me like five days.

It's not hard to make dude, but if you're over 21 you might make some better tasting stuff by using wine or beer making yeast instead of bread yeast. I made a gallon each of cinnamon and cayanne pepper spiced mead, and those were both great.

I'd be more specific about the process, but there are kids around, so....

Orodist-I'm 28. I want to get into brewing when we buy a house. We're in the process now. Keep us in prayer about that if you don't mind. I would love to have my own distillery and brewery. Not just for alcohol but for stuff like Kambucha as well.

Soup-LOL!!!!!

Unfortunately, he's lost in the nihilistic oblivion of mortal life. So what, New Jersey?

Mead is good. Really good. Not Ale or Whiskey good, but I'll viking-quaff it.
You might have just inspired me to try my hand at making some.
