League of Legends

Does anyone play League of Legends on here? I have some friends that play and want me to join them, but I don't know much about it and i'm somewhat sketchy of it. I don't want to have to download it and go through the whole process if its not any good. Any tips? Should I enjoy or avoid?

I haven't played it but my brothers in law do. Haven't seen it...I tend to avoid MMO's

i tried it its fun but it takes awhile to be able to buy any good champions

Well, it's a pretty good DOTA/Moba/action real-time strategy game, so I guess it depends on how you feel about strategy and rpg games. (Sorry if I used to much gaming jargon)
