megaman 5 or 9

I need help picking which game I should get first . what do you think megaman 5 or megaman 9 ? (also I have almost beaten megaman 4)

All the Mega Man games are good, and they really don't have to be played in order, so I guess it's more personal preference than anything. That probably didn't help at all, did it?

I would say if you have access to an appropriate console get a megaman anniversary collection. It includes 1-8, and despite what some say, I enjoyed 7 and 8 as well. Otherwise, 1-3, and 5 are probably the best of the classic ones. I haven't played 9 or 10 yet. Oh, and Megaman and Bass is great if you have access to a GBA.

Ah yes, as IBJamon said, if your going for 5,
go for the Megaman anniversary collection if you can get it. (so you will get 5 as well as 1,2,3,4,6,7.)
I have played all the games those game by the way, they are fun.
I have not played 9 though, so I can not say any thing about the game.

Both are great but I suggest Megaman 9 just because of the soundtrack!

Looks like it has a shop like Megaman & Bass.
