Well to start, you\'re a student in Balamb garden which is a non profit organization that teaches students how to fight, and protect others for cash.

Graphics:

Compared to Final Fantasy 6,7, and 9 it?s the best human type graphics I\'ve seen for the playstation. The cut scenes are magnificent and just normal walking around is nice.

Sound:

The sound is pretty good, and the music is good. However the battle sounds are kind of annoying after about 3 hours of straight playing, as in most games.

Story:

You?re a jerk at first but as you play you get caught up in a love story which I thought was pathetic. My views of Squaresoft went down as this game\'s storyline is based on a love story.

Game play:

Not too shabby. The magic system is unlike any game before it. You have what are called ?draw points? and you can draw a certain amount of say fire or cure and in battle you can use them. Also this is different in the way of equipping abilities with the use of GF?s which are regular summons that you aquire through battleing at different temples, like you get infrit after you go through his cave. Everything else is pretty average.

Appropriateness:

I think only a person of 13 and above would understand the storyline just because I beat it when I was 11 and just saw it as a game nothing more, but I beat it recently and actually understood what was happening. There are some swear words and maybe some suggestive themes as in time space and evil moon (3rd and 4th disks) other than that its not to bad.
